Anthony Villanova, Vice-President, Founder
A certified mortgage planning specialist (CMPS), Anthony is a Seton Hall graduate (B.S. in Economics & Finance with a Minor in Asian Studies) and founder of Villa Nova Financing Group. The innovative leader behind Villa Nova Financing Group, Anthony’s holistic approach to lending guides every decision he and his team makes. An ardent researcher of the financial and real estate markets, Anthony maintains both a professional and personal interest in finance and economics. Despite being a self-proclaimed “workaholic,” he loves to read and especially enjoys vacationing with his family.

Terrance Wood, Vice-President, Commercial Loan Officer
Terry has over 20 years of experience in the Banking and Financing Industry. He has worked for several Fortune 500 firms over his career and presently functions as a Senior Loan Officer.
Merrill Lynch, Paine Webber, PNC Bank, JP Morgan Chase and Citi Bank are a few of the institutions where Terry served as financial advisor, a business banking manager, or Middle Market Lender. In 2006 Terry started Legion Capital Funding, a commercial mortgage brokerage firm, before merging with Villa Nova Financing Group in 2016.
A graduate of Kean University, where he earned a B.S. degree in Marketing, Terry furthered his studies with MBA coursework at Ramapo College.
Christopher Adesso, Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator
For over 11 years, Chris has been helping Villa Nova Financing Group clients through the increasingly complicated challenges of securing a home mortgage.
As a licensed mortgage loan originator, Chris is the borrower’s main point of contact throughout the entire home loan process. He leverages his education (B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University), his practical experience, and the company’s resources to make the process of getting clients into their dream homes as painless and efficient as possible.

Jill Cerulli, Office Manager, Head Loan Processor
In the five years that Jill has been with Villa Nova Financing Group, she has earned the reputation of being the “glue,” that holds the workings of the office together.
As office manager, Jill wears many different hats, so her days are never boring! In her loan processing responsibilities, Jill prepares and organizes client files and ensures their timely and complete delivery to the bank or mortgage lender for approval.
